We are seeking a professional, personable Collections / Customer Service Representative to join a well-established tire shop and service center in Hamilton. This full-time role is primarily focused on collections — proactively contacting customers with overdue accounts receivable to secure payment and keeping accurate records of collection activity. In addition, the position includes providing front counter support, such as answering phones, greeting customers, and directing them to the appropriate team member. This role does not involve service consultations or sales. The ideal candidate brings prior collections or AR experience, strong communication skills, and a reliable, detail-oriented approach to managing a busy accounts receivable workload alongside day-to-day customer service tasks.
