Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.
  • Sell parts and assist customers in selecting appropriate products.
  • Greet and assist customers in person, providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with other staff to support shop operations and customer needs.
  • Perform other general front desk duties as needed.
  • Follow all shop safety protocols, including wearing appropriate footwear and clothing, staying aware of moving vehicles and equipment, and keeping the work area clean and free of trip hazards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front desk, retail, or automotive service environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle phone and in-person inquiries simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills for scheduling and sales processing.
  • Attention to safety and ability to adhere to safety protocols.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
