Responsibilities: 

  • Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts to collect outstanding payments.
  • Manage and prioritize accounts receivable collections.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone and in-person.
  • Greet customers at the front counter and direct them to the appropriate team member (e.g., sales staff).
  • Support general front counter duties, including answering phones and assisting customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales personnel to facilitate customer assistance.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities.

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience in collections or accounts receivable (AR) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; personable and customer-focused.
  • Ability to multitask and manage both collections and customer service duties.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with phone systems.
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen upon offer of employment

 

 

Job Type:  

  • Full-time position, 32-40 hours per week.
  • Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays (every other Saturday, flexible scheduling including the last Saturday of each month).
  • Typical shift: 8 hours scheduled between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM.
