– Paid Time Off

At no additional cost to our clients, A2Z Personnel offers all employees up to 40 hours of annual Paid Time Off (PTO) after maintaining one full year of employment. Employees working less than full-time hours will receive a pro-rated number of PTO hours.

– Retirement Savings Plan

It is A2Z Personnel’s goal to assist our valley’s workforce in providing financial planning. Employees who have a peace of mind about their financial futures will be better able to navigate any obstacles in their current work and life.

We offer a Simple IRA, with a Company Match of up to 3% of wages to all employees upon eligibility. When eligible, employees will be contacted with enrollment details and put in contact with an A2Z provided financial advisor at no cost to the employee.
