Personal Paid Time Off
At no additional cost to our clients, A2Z Personnel offers employees 40 hours of Personal Paid Time Off (PPTO) after maintaining one full year of full-time employment while meeting the required number of 30 or more average hours worked per week.
A two-week notification time is required for use of time off to provide clients with sufficient time to approve or deny time away.
Retirement Savings Plan
It is A2Z Personnel’s goal to assist our valley’s workforce in providing financial planning. Employees with peace of mind about their financial futures are better able to navigate any obstacles in their current work and life environments.
We offer a Simple IRA, with a Company Match of up to 3% of wages at no cost to our clients. Employees who meet eligibility requirements (reaching wages of $5000 within three years) for this benefit are contacted and provided with a Financial Advisor to assist in establishing their Simple IRA. Each week their investments are contributed to their IRA and they can see their savings grow.
Larger Employee Benefits
If the last pandemic taught us anything, it’s that life can change in a moment. With the benefits of a large employer, our employees were able to reap the benefits of the Families First Coronavirus Relief Act (FFCRA), which provided up to two weeks of pay for those who were unable to work due to the pandemic.
In addition to the FFCRA, the FMLA (which only applies to employers with more than 50 employees) also gives employees peace of mind and support during times of crisis.
