Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the installation crew to install agricultural irrigation systems on various job sites. 

  • Handle tasks including buried mainline setup, and installation of big gun systems, center pivots, wheel line irrigation, etc. 

  • Prepare and organize equipment and parts at the shop in advance of job assignments. 

  • Work 40+ hours per week during regular season, increasing to 50+ hours during peak periods. 

  • Maintain a strong work ethic and contribute to a positive and safe team environment. 

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. 

  • Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Experience operating heavy equipment (excavation equipment, forklift) is a plus but not required. 

  • Previous experience in irrigation system installation or general labor preferred but willing to train motivated candidates. 

  • Physically fit, able to work full days outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs. 

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. 

  • Ability to clearly communicate and work collaboratively within a team. 

 

 

 

Job Type: 

Seasonal position from ASAP through October. 

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM transitioning to 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM during peak season.
