Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of drilling rigs and associated equipment at various job sites. 

  • Perform general labor duties including shoveling, cutting materials, and handling pipes and tools. 

  • Follow instructions from drilling supervisors and crew members to support daily drilling operations. 

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on-site. 

  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, contributing to a zero-incident work environment. 

Requirements: 

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, shoveling, and manual handling. 

  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. 

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to drive to the company shop  

  • Welding experience is preferred but not required. 

  • Background check required upon offer of employment 

  • Driving record check required upon offer of employment 

  • Drug screen required upon offer of employment
