Responsibilities: 

  • Provide professional and friendly customer service in person and over the phone.
  • Schedule and manage customer appointments efficiently.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and timely.
  • Assist with counter sales, including processing transactions and answering product inquiries.
  • Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and courteously.

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is required
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in-person and on the phone with customers.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and appointment scheduling.
  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Dependability and punctuality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full time, Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:30pm, possibility for Saturday hours
