Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks at job sites, including heavy lifting of cabinets and materials 

  • Perform basic cabinetry tasks, including sanding and woodworking 

  • Support delivery drivers by riding along and assisting with deliveries as needed 

  • Perform general labor duties such as shop cleanup and moving materials as directed 

  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies while on site and in the shop 

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations 

 Requirements: 

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for a driving record check 

  • Ability to pass a drug screen 

  • Physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently 

  • Willingness to perform general labor duties and learn basic cabinetry and woodworking skills 

  • Reliable, team-oriented, and able to follow directions accurately 

  • Previous woodworking or cabinetry experience is preferred but not required
