Office Staff

Erica Staat recently joined the A2Z team as an Employment Coordinator at the Hamilton office. She grew up in Minnesota but has called Montana home since summer of 2018. She graduated from the University of Montana with a BA in Journalism and Political Science and has worked in several different fields since then. 

Erica is excited for the opportunity to work for a company that can help her get more plugged into the community. She loves to meet new people and enjoys the rewards that come with helping local businesses and employees come together. In her free time, Erica enjoys participating in community theatre at the Stevensville Playhouse, exploring and hiking across the Bitterroot Valley, and spending time with her family and her dog, Bean.
