Responsibilities: 

  • Research, identify, and provide information about human services available to seniors and persons with disabilities. 

  • Maintain and update electronic and manual resource files to ensure accuracy and accessibility. 

  • Assist clients in accessing community-based services and programs tailored to their needs. 

  • Collaborate with the Program Manager, Information & Assistance staff, and General Manager to plan, organize, monitor, and evaluate program activities. 

  • Conduct occasional home visits to clients as needed. 

  • Use personal vehicle for travel within Ravalli County and Missoula County (mileage reimbursed). 

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous program improvement efforts. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Knowledge of Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid programs preferred. 

  • Strong research and organizational skills. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. 

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for travel (mileage reimbursement provided). 

  • Background check and drug screen upon offer of employment 

 

 

 

Job Type: Fulltime, Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
