Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with lawn care, including mowing, raking, watering, and basic treatments
  • Help maintain flower beds (weeding, planting, pruning, watering)
  • Support upkeep of walkways and roads (graveling, leveling)
  • Maintain cleanliness and stocking of public restrooms
  • Assist with setup and breakdown for events (tables, chairs, tents, etc.)
  • Perform minor equipment maintenance and report repair needs
  • Help with trash removal and general grounds cleanliness
  • Maintain outdoor furniture, picnic areas, porches, and workspaces
  • Work with staff and volunteers on grounds projects
  • Report maintenance issues or concerns to supervisor
  • All other job duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:

  • Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Dependable with strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn basic landscaping and maintenance tasks
  • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
  • Drug screen required upon offer of employment

Joby Type: Mid May – October/November, Part-time, 3 days/week with a rotating Saturday shift
