Responsibilities: 

  • Greeting clients and visitors in person and by phone with professionalism, warmth, and care. 

  • Assist with gathering client information and scheduling appointments for Licensed Client Advocates. 

  • Send client communications, including appointment reminders, birthday cards, and newsletters. 

  • Process applications and documents for new and renewing clients via scanning, fax, and digital input. 

  • Coordinate with insurance carriers on behalf of clients to resolve questions or issues. 

  • Support seminar logistics, marketing material distribution, and community event planning. 

  • Help maintain office equipment and supplies to keep daily operations running seamlessly. 

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. 

  • Provide additional support during our busiest season, the Annual Open Enrollment period (October–December). 

  • Participate in occasional community and networking events outside of regular hours. 

 

Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (insurance or healthcare experience is a plus). 

  • Comfortable working with seniors and individuals with disabilities. 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • A proactive, team-oriented, and client-first mindset. 

  • A valid Montana Driver’s License and auto insurance. 

 

 

 

Job Type: Temp with the possibility of permanent based on company growth.
