Responsibilities: 

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry. 

  • Answer phones and take detailed messages. 

  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital. 

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry into QuickBooks. 

  • Create and schedule social media posts on platforms like Facebook, and create and maintain other advertising posts on various platforms. 

  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including but not limited to answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting visitors. 

  • Provide support for various projects, ensuring timely completion and attention to detail. 

  • Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

 Requirements 

  • Proven experience in data entry and administrative support roles. 

  • 5+ years of experience using QuickBooks. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential. 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. 

  • Solid technology skills and comfort working with various software. 

  • Experience with creating and maintaining social media content. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to take on new challenges. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

 

Job Type: Part-time; either 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
