Responsibilities: 

  • Manage front office tasks including answering phones, scheduling, filing, inventory management, and computer work   
  • Support client care by learning and assisting with non-invasive diagnostic testing (e.g., nutrition response testing, heart rate variability testing, blood pressure measurement) and treatment procedures such as craniosacral therapy and cold laser treatment   
  • Assist in handling and comforting animals during treatments  
  • Perform general office upkeep including cleaning, sweeping sidewalks, weeding, and organizing the workspace   
  • Run errands such as car washes, store runs, and bank deposits  
  • Handle payment processing and supplement distribution responsibly  
  • Exhibit adaptability with an evolving work schedule and varied daily duties 

Requirements: 

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general PC navigation   
  • Previous office experience preferred but not required 
  • Physically mobile and able to engage in light outdoor work and animal handling   
  • Great interpersonal skills, both with animals and people; patient and compassionate approach   
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • Personal vehicle is required with proof of insurance; mileage reimbursement provided  
  • Enthusiastic learner with a genuine interest in alternative animal healthcare practices   
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate responsibility  
  • Flexible availability to accommodate an irregular work schedule 
  • Background Check required upon offer of employment
