Responsibilities: 

• Perform HVAC system service, maintenance, and repairs in residential settings
• Install new air conditioning and heating systems according to company standards
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with HVAC units
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and respectful attitude while working in client homes
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and respond to questions
• Adhere to all safety protocols and comply with EPA regulations

Requirements: 

• Valid HVAC certification required
• EPA Certification required
• Previous hands-on experience with air conditioner service and installation preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills with polite and professional demeanor
• Clean-cut and presentable appearance suitable for working in private homes
• Willingness to work as a team member and learn new skills
