RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Clean assigned residential and commercial properties. Including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms, including sinks, counters appliances, showers, tubs and toilets, using approved cleaning products.
  • Follow written work orders and digital checklists for each job to ensure all required tasks are completed.
  • Empty trash and recycling and replace liners, consolidate waste in designated areas.
  • Safely operate basic cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor mops, and small machines as trained.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including securing supplies and equipment at the end of each shift.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or property damage to the supervisor or office promptly.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures, including proper chemical handling, PPE use, and lifting techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Prior professional cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is preferred, but strong candidates without are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing consistent, high-quality results that support reliable service.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts and assignments.
  • Ability to use a smart phone for schedules, directions, and basic checklists, if required by assignment, to help stay organized and prepared.
  • Background Check and Drug Screen required upon offer of employment.
