Responsibilities: 

• Mowing, trimming, and general lawn care across 13 acres  

• Operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, trimmers, and other groundskeeping tools 

• Maintaining landscaping beds and overall property appearance  

• Operating and maintaining an automatic sprinkler/irrigation system  

• General landscaping and grounds maintenance  

• Ensuring cabins and lodge grounds are well-kept and presentable  

• Performing routine upkeep based on seasonal and weather-related needs 

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping required 

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions  

• Reliable and self-motivated with strong attention to detail  

• Ability to perform physical labor and operate landscaping equipment  

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends 

• Background check required upon offer of employment 

• Drug screen required upon offer of employment 

Job Type: Seasonal, April – October. 40-hours a week, OT may be required
