Responsibilities: 

  • Tear down and prepare mobile homes for transport
  • Install, assemble, and set mobile homes according to specifications and safety standards
  • Perform site preparation including excavating, pad/surface leveling, and cleanup
  • Handle mobile home re-leveling, skirting installation, and related carpentry work
  • Operate manual labor tools and equipment including cranes, mini excavators, and jacks safely and efficiently
  • Haul trailers, sheds, and other materials as needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 75 pounds or more regularly; physically capable of intense manual labor
  • Willingness to travel around the state within a typical radius of 150 miles
  • Comfortable working in tight spaces, crawl spaces, and various weather or site conditions
  • Clean driver’s record and able to pass a drug screening
  • Reliable personal vehicle for job site travel
  • Own tools preferred but not required
