Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in various construction tasks as directed by the site supervisor. 
  • Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks or storage areas. 
  • Help with the setup and cleanup of the job site before and after construction activities. 
  • Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. 
  • Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. 
  • Assist skilled tradespeople in their tasks, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers. 
  • Perform general maintenance tasks and keep the work area organized and free from hazards. 

Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. 
  • Previous experience in a construction or labor role is a plus. 
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. 
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is an advantage. 
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. 
  • Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and guidelines on the job site.
