Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily activities on the jobsite to support smooth operations.
  • Manage material deliveries, returns, and ensure proper inventory control.
  • Maintain jobsite organization and cleanliness, fostering a safe working environment.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
  • Assist with scheduling and overall project logistics.
  • Take and organize progress photos to document construction stages.
  • Identify field-related issues promptly and escalate or resolve them appropriately.
  • Foster a positive, professional atmosphere within the jobsite team.
  • Follow safety protocols while operating common construction tools and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Basic residential construction experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate common construction tools and equipment such as drills, circular saws, miter saws, ladders, and pneumatic nail guns.
  • Proficient in reading a tape measure and performing basic layout and measurement tasks.
  • Dependable, punctual, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Strong professional communication skills to interact positively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and coworkers.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to ask questions, accept coaching, and continuously learn.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Must be able to pass BGC and UA
