Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and portion sizes
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Work efficiently under pressure while meeting time requirements
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal service
All other job duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a cook, line cook, or in a similar role preferred
Knowledge of food preparation methods, kitchen equipment, and safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Type: Full-time, morning/day shifts & night shifts, weekend shifts

Kitchen hours: Mon-Fri 11 am to 9 pm Weekend hours: 10 am to 9 pm
