Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Process cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payments.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
  • Ensure order accuracy before handing food to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
  • Restock napkins, utensils, condiments, and beverages as needed.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash drawer reconciliation.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and team oriented.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds

Job Type: Full Time, Monday – Friday with occasional Saturdays.
