Responsibilities: 

  • Operate and maintain ammunition loading equipment for cartridge production
  • Load ammunition exclusively using new brass components
  • Accurately measure and verify powder charges, seating depth, and overall cartridge specifications
  • Perform equipment setup, calibration, and routine maintenance
  • Inspect components and finished rounds for defects or inconsistencies
  • Maintain detailed production and quality control records
  • Follow all safety procedures related to ammunition handling and storage
  • Keep a clean, organized, and efficient work area
  • Monitor and report inventory levels of brass, primers, powder, and projectile

Requirements: 

  • Prior experience with ammunition reloading or similar precision manufacturing processes preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency and accuracy
  • Ability to follow technical procedures and specifications
  • Mechanical aptitude for equipment operation and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of safe handling practices for ammunition components
  • Ability to work independently and stay focused during repetitive tasks
  • Background check and drug screen required upon offer of employment

Job Type: Full Time, Monday – Thursday 7am – 5:30pm
