Having grown up and worked in the Bitterroot Valley for most of her life, Jaime Devlin is deeply passionate about giving back to the community she proudly calls home. Jaime is the owner of A2Z Personnel, an employment agency founded by her mother in 1993. Since taking over the business in 2015, Jaime has worked tirelessly to ensure A2Z Personnel provides more than employment opportunities by actively supporting programs such as We Support Our Schools and a wide variety of community fundraisers.

Throughout her years of community involvement, Jaime has served as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Stevensville Playhouse, President of the Board of Directors for the Bitterroot Chamber of Commerce, Town of Stevensville Council member, Stevensville Civic Club Board member, Project 59870 board member, Member of the Board of Directors for Bitterroot Health, Superintendent of the Ravalli County Fair Parade, continuing her long-standing commitment to community leadership and service.

Jaime remains focused on expanding the services A2Z Personnel provides to both clients and employees alike. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering throughout the community and can often be found lending a hand wherever help is needed.

When she’s not working or serving the community, Jaime is a devoted dog mom to two English Mastiffs, a proud mom and foster mom and, by her own admission, keeps everything running on perhaps a little too much Diet Coke. Jaime is incredibly grateful to be part of such a supportive and vibrant community and looks forward to assisting others with their every need.
