Job Description

Experienced Receptionist needed to assist a busy manufacturing facility in the valley with a variety of job duties.


  • Assist with answering phones and distributing clear and timely messages to management and internal staff
  • Scanning, copying and sorting documents while utilizing a variety of office machines and programs
  • Respond to email inquiries professionally and in a timely manner
  • Compose descriptions and post product/materials on eBay
  • All other office/clerical duties as assigned



  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • Excellent phone, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent proofreading, grammar and punctuation skills
