Job Description

Receptionist with a background in customer service support and office administrate best practices, is needed to collaborate with a sales team and assist with achieving company goals.


  • Operate multi-line telephone system to answer and transfer incoming calls
  • Answer questions about organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other information
  • Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel
  • Order Audit Review each customer order entered by the Customer Service staff for accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales teams
  • Convert all sales quotes to sales orders in the system
  • Check data accuracy in orders and part descriptions
  • Assist the inside sale representatives with sales order revisions
  • Convert documents to PDF format for electronic system filing
  • Assist customers with basic order questions to include shipping details
  • Communicate effectively with inside sales team and other departments when necessary
  • Manage all paperwork associated with sales orders
  • Other duties as assigned



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated professional phone etiquette
  • Minimum of 2-3 years office experience
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales industry a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Strong computer skills and proficient in MS Office
