Part-time Fill in Front Desk Reception

Job Description

Well-established, private Family Medicine Clinic that sees patients of all ages is seeking a long term, part-time/as needed, fill-in Front Desk Receptionist to join their team and provide a welcoming and professional first impression.

 

Duties:

  • Greet and register patients utilizing the office EMR (electronic medical records)
  • Answer, redirect and takes telephone messages, using good telephone etiquette
  • Contact patients and provide reminder appointment information
  • Work as part of a close-knit team
  • Assist with other general reception duties as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in a front desk position
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
