Office Staff

Chris Cochran is our Employment Coordinator in the Stevensville office. He has lived in the Bitterroot Valley for several years and appreciates the kind of community where people know each other, lend a hand, and look out for one another. Chris enjoys working with people, having real conversations, and helping make confusing or stressful situations a little easier to navigate.

Chris is known for being steady, approachable, and easy to talk to. He values honesty, consistency, and enjoys being part of a workplace that cares about the community it serves.

Outside of work, Chris spends most of his time with his wife, Jennie, their son, Connor, and their dogs (Lyric and Luna). He tries to stay active year-round and enjoys a mix of indoor and outdoor hobbies, including gaming, skiing, winter camping, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and playing pool in a league. When the weather cooperates, you’ll usually find him on the water, in the woods, or finding something to do outside in the valley. Chris is also a lifelong Oregon Ducks fan and enjoys anything that keeps him learning and engaged.
