Office Receptionist needed to provide excellent customer service and administrative support for a local business focused on providing parts and accessories for tractors, trailers and a range of equipment.
- Provide professional customer service to walk in clients as well as phone inquires
- Fill out claim forms pertaining to warranties, shortages and damages
- Track inventory transfers between stores
- Maintain a clean showroom
- All other duties as assigned
- Able to lift 25+ lbs and be able to sit for long periods of time
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite & GoogleDocs
- Clear communication both orally and written
