Job Description

Office Assistant needed to fulfill a wide range of administrative support duties for an ammunition manufacturing facility in the Bitterroot Valley.

 

 

Duties:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly and provide assistance prior to forwarding calls to the appropriate co-workers or supervisors
  • Assist with bookkeeping responsibilities
  • Manage filing system
  • Record information as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • Urinalysis Test and Background Check required
  • Previous bookkeeping experience required with a proficiency in utilizing QuickBooks or other accounting software
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
