Duties: 

  • Provide supervision and assistance to clients and promote their welfare.
  • Help clients learn cooking and kitchen skills as needed.
  • Complete client room inspections.
  • Order PRNs when needed.
  • Complete medication sheets.
  • Prepare chore board.
  • Complete record keeping and copying.
  • Maintain storage of supplies.
  • Home maintenance and repair.
  • Monthly walk-through of the interior and exterior of the home.
  • Change the furnace filter and check the alarm in the Program Director’s office.
  • Van and SUV maintenance.
  • Attend client and staff meetings.
  • On-call rotation basis with the Program Director.
  • Fill in for other staff as needed.
  • Drive a passenger van for transporting clients.
  • Clean refrigerator as needed in the Program Director’s office.
  • Assist the Program Director as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned. 

 Qualifications: 

  • Eligible candidates should be able to work with a diverse group of individuals. 
  • Able to operate a 12-passenger van and an Expedition for travel.
  • Clean driving record required.
  • Qualified candidates are required to submit to a background check upon offer of employment. 

Job Type: Full-time / Monday – Wednesday 8:15 am – 4:00 pm & Thursday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm

Wage: $15.75/hr.
