General Job Tasks & Duties:

  • Create a welcoming environment by greeting all customers as they walk through the door.
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring the customer takes priority and answering any questions they have.
  • Maintain consistent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
  • Follow operating and security procedures.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
  • Retail POS software experience is preferred but not required.
  • Merchandising and social media experience is a bonus!
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ensuring adherence to confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail when arranging displays and merchandise.
  • Must be a reliable and flexible team player.
  • Background check and drug screen required upon offer of employment.

Job Type: 3 days a week, Tues-Sat, 9:30 am – 5 pm
