Are you ready for a new job opportunity!  A2Z is hiring immediately for an Office Assistant to fulfill a wide range of administrative support duties. Qualified candidates must be able to work with a small core team to ensure that exceptional customer service is received by their diverse clientele.

 Duties: 

  • Greet visitors in a professional manner.
  • Provide bookkeeping assistance as needed.
  • Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly.
  • Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
  • Administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and maintaining record information.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

  • Previous relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Bookkeeping experience required with proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work duties.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Completion of a drug screen and background check upon offer of employment.

Schedule: Part-time, M-TH, 4 hours per day, flexible start time, work hours between 7:00am – 5:30pm.
