Meat Cutter needed for a well-established meat shop. The Meat Cutter is responsible for breaking down custom beef and assisting on the slaughter floor.

Duties:

  • Mobile kill and in-house kill
  • Gutting, skinning, and cutting
  • Wrapping of livestock
  • Freezer work
  • Customer service
  • Sanitizing and cleaning

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience preferred
  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check required upon offer of employment

Job Type: Full-Time, Mon-Sat 8am-5:30pm
Wage: DOE
