Responsibilities: 

  • Complete move-out cleaning and prepare units for new occupants
  • Conduct property inspections and inventories
  • Perform light landscaping, including weeding, trimming, and general outdoor upkeep
  • Complete interior painting and basic touch-up work
  • Perform minor maintenance and repairs, such as replacing toilet seats, installing smoke alarms, and changing faucet aerators
  • Identify maintenance issues and communicate needed repairs or concerns
  • Help keep properties, common areas, and surrounding grounds clean, safe, and well-maintained
  • Assist with occasional emergency maintenance needs outside of regular business hours
  • Communicate clearly and consistently regarding work completed, maintenance concerns, and project status
  • Perform other general property maintenance duties as needed

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities, cleaning, painting, construction, or a related field
  • Comfortable performing basic repairs and maintenance independently
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • Dependable, organized, and able to follow through on projects
  • Good communication skills and ability to provide updates when needed
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple types of tasks
  • Able to work both indoors and outdoors
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
