Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up materials.
  • Load and unload construction materials and equipment as directed by site foremen and supervisors.
  • Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
  • Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute positively to team dynamics and project goals.
  • All other job duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical labor for extended periods.
  • Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and adhere to safety regulations.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Background check and drug screen required upon offer of employment.
