Responsibilities: 

  • Accurately input and manage property data into the database.
  • Upload data and photos to the website.
  • Maintain and update client and property records in a timely manner.
  • Verify and correct discrepancies in data entries as needed.
  • Perform regular audits of data to ensure integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide support during real estate transactions by managing necessary documentation.
  • All other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry or a related field, preferably in real estate but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, QuickBooks, WordPress, MLS preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and transaction processes is a plus.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
