  • Interpret instructions and drawings and assemble equipment accurately
  • Perform inspections of equipment, materials, and products
  • Operate equipment and produce products per specifications
  • Perform maintenance tasks to ensure machine longevity, cleaning, and tool replacement
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Adhere to company safety guidelines
  • All other duties as assigned


  • Previous CNC machining, programming, and setup required
  • Collaboratively work as a team to troubleshoot issues that arise and implement successful solutions
  • Time management and ability to meet production timelines
  • Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
  • Attention to detail and self-motivation
  • Able to effectively lead two other employees
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check upon offer of employment

Job Type: Friday, Saturday, Sunday night – 36 hours of work / paid for 40 hours
