Office Staff

Jillian Shearer is the Stevensville Branch, Office Manager. Jillian previously worked in the staffing and building industry where she learned that working alongside others is where she excelled. Jillian also had the opportunity to spend a significant amount of time as a stay at home for her two children. Since returning to the workforce and joining the A2Z Personnel team in November of 2019, Jillian has continued to work towards her long-held belief that by providing employment assistance you will create a positive ripple effect among the community. Jillian and her family love all the recreational opportunities that Montana has to offer, and you will find them spending most weekends in the mountains, on the rivers and lakes and exploring new areas.
