Job Description

Clerical support staff member needed to work alongside the Sales and Parts/Services Department for a local dealership that that strives to maintain their reputation of providing excellent service, support and client satisfaction in the tractor, trailer, and equipment market.

Duties:

  • Greet customers upon arrival
  • Answer phones when others are not available
  • Help find parts or implements that are needed
  • Assist with shipping and receiving of packages
  • Keep the parts room organized
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom
  • Learn the finance system to assist the Sales Department with paperwork
  • File invoices
  • Make customer files and track sales
  • Keep track of whole goods orders
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks that need to be completed
  • Overlap and help with CO-OP Funds, warranties, shortage and damage claims
  • Setup for shows, rodeos and other outside events

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of Windows10 and Google Docs
  • Typist with a keen eye for detail
  • Attention to accuracy and detail
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Effective multitasker
  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Able to occasionally lift 25 lbs. and work in a sedentary work environment
  • Background check required

Job Type: FT – M-F 8am-5pm

Salary: $13/hr.
