Job Description

Reliable, detail minded, multi-tasker needed to join a fast-paced office and provide phone and in person customer service for a well-established construction industry business.


  • Answer incoming phone calls and walk in customer inquires
  • Sales and order tracking and ensuring that the customer orders and materials are best suited for their needs
  • Receive and dispatch orders for products and/or deliveries
  • Maintain cash box and adhere to established procedures for money handling and end of day close out
  • Provide backup dispatching as needed
  • Restock shelves as needed
  • Restroom, kitchen, lunch room and secondary office cleaning
  • Maintain daily filing
  • All other duties as assigned


  • Desire to learn product and information pertaining to the business
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite with a willingness to learn industry specific software
  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Able to read a map and give directions to jobsites
  • Active listener with excellent communication skills
  • Sound judgment and critical thinking
  • Able to work Monday-Saturday and start as early as 6am

Job Type:  FT, long term M-F+ random Sat during busy season. Usual start time is 7am but sometimes may need to come in around 6am.

Salary:  $13/hr.
