Job Description

Application Manager desired for a busy property management business.

 

Duties:

  • Discuss application processes and procedures with applicants
  • Collect applications, fees and personal credentials
  • Run credit reports, background checks and make reference and employment verification calls
  • Notify applicants of approval or denial of applications
  • Assist in other office duties such as phone answering, filing and scanning

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be an efficient typist; typing test is required
  • Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Detail oriented, organized and a strong attention to detail
