A2Z Personnel and 107.9 The Drive congratulate Megan Lewis for being this months “We Support Our Schools” winner! Megan teaches kindergarten and Washington Elementary and plans to purchase hands-on science equipment for her students including beakers, magnifying glasses, and (she hopes) lab coats. Birch Fett, Hamilton High School

A2Z Personnel and 107.9 The Drive congratulates this month’s “We Support Our Schools” recipient, Birch Fett of Hamilton High School. Mr. Fett teaches math. He plans to use his two hundred dollars from A2Z Personnel to purchase an I-Pad to assist his Calculus students with his “Do Dogs Use Calculus?” lessons. He also uses his dogs to help teach! Amy Reed, Lone Rock School, Stevensville

A2Z Personnel and 107.9 The Drive congratulates this month’s “We Support Our Schools” recipient Amy Reed, fourth grade teacher at Lone Rock School in Stevensville. Amy will use her grant to purchase 30 calculators geared to fourth graders. The calculators have programs to help students with the fractions and instill a fascination of learning math. Becky McGillivray, Hamilton Middle School

A2Z Personnel and 107.9 The Drive congratulates this month’s “We Support Our Schools” recipient Becky McGillivray 7th and 8th grade teacher at Hamilton Middle School. Becky will use the two hundred dollars to bring a tribal elder of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai tribes to speak to her classes about traditional tools and Salish uses of rocks and minerals from our area. Kristina Berger, Corvallis Middle School

January 2015 Recipient

Jennifer Moore, Daly Elementary School

Jennifer, a 4th grade teacher at Daly Elementary School in Hamilton, requested funds to help maintain and replenish the Magnetism and Electricity lessons in the 4th grade classrooms. We are pleased with how the funds will be used and that we could help it come to fruition.
